Yana is a holistic practitioner and self-discovery guide who, after overcoming a deep depression and leaving her comfortable life in Washington DC, embarked on a transformative journey through Central America in search of healing and self-exploration. Among the tools she used on her journey, shadow work was the most profound practice, enabling her to face and integrate the hidden parts of herself that were holding her back. Through this deep inner work, Yana healed emotional wounds and unlocked a new level of self-awareness.
